MA English	Grading: Pass in BA English or Functional English with CGPA 1.5(2009 and 2010 Admission)or CGPA 2.00(2008 Admission) in part III. Pass in BA/B.Sc. with CGPA 1.5 in Part I English with three papers. Non Grading: Pass in BA English or Functional English with minimum of 45% marks in part III main (Excluding subsidiaries) or pass in BA/BSc degree with a minimum of 45% of marks in Part I English with 3 papers
MA Economics	Grading: Pass in BA Economics with CGPA 1.5(2009 and 2010 Admission)or CGPA 2.00(2008 Admission) in part III. or Pass in B.Sc.(Mathematics/Statistics) with CGPA 2.8(2009 Admn) or CGPA 3 (2008 Admn.) in Part III Non Grading: Pass in BA Econmics with minimum of 45% marks in part III main (Excluding subsidiaries) or Pass in B.Sc.(Mathematics/Statistics) degree with a minimum of 70% of marks in Part III (Excluding subsidiaries)
SC/ST/OEC and OBC Students are eligible to get relaxation of 10% and 5% marks respectively in the minimum marks prescribed for admission under non grading pattern subject to minimum of pass.
